DEHRA SWEET
Neurodiversity Consultant & Executive Coach
Creating workplaces where neurodiverse talent can thrive
Practical training, coaching, and consultancy to help organisations move beyond awareness, and build truly inclusive, high-performing teams.
Turning good intentions into meaningful action.
Most organisations want to support neurodiversity, but the path from policy to practice isn't always clear.
The Reality:
Managers often feel unsure how to support their teams effectively.
Talented employees struggle without the right frameworks in place.
Policies exist on paper but don't translate into the daily workplace.
The Result: Missed potential, avoidable burnout, and the loss of exceptional talent.
-
Through targeted training, 1:1 coaching, and strategic consultancy, we help you build a workplace where neurodiverse individuals don't just "get by", they thrive and contribute at their best.
The Strategic Advantage
Investing in neuro-inclusion is a commitment to organisational excellence.
Retention: Supporting existing talent is significantly more cost-effective than recruitment.
Innovation: Neurodiverse teams bring the "out-of-the-box" thinking that drives growth.
Compliance: We help you go beyond the Equality Act toward true best-practice leadership.
-
Our work helps organisations achieve measurable results:
Improved Retention: Keeping your best thinkers in the business.
Confident Leadership: Equipping managers with practical, jargon-free tools.
Clarity & Focus: Reducing workplace stress and miscommunication.
Full Potential: Unlocking the hidden cognitive assets within your teams.
-
We work with HR and People teams, Leadership groups, and SMEs who are ready to move beyond "box-ticking" toward meaningful, sustainable inclusion.

-
Most of our programmes are employer-funded. They are typically integrated into HR budgets, Wellbeing initiatives, or as part of a "Reasonable Adjustments" framework. We provide clear invoicing and progress reporting for professional development records.

Yes. While I am based in Fife, I work with organisations across the UK and internationally. All training and 1:1 coaching can be delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, ensuring your team can access support regardless of their location.
